The Country Candle Company produces beautiful square candles, all hand-poured in Wiltshire, England.
We produce The Country Candle Company’s candle packaging, specifically its plain round silver tins with welded seams, which are then filled with a range of beautifully scented candles and fully labelled. We were later asked to develop a new range of fully printed square candle tins that would not leak when the candle was burning.
Our client was keen for the tin to be produced without a welded seam in order to achieve a smooth printed finish all the way around. The result was a beautifully printed and embossed range of square tins, suitable for hand-poured wax and designed to perform without leakage.
The brief was to produce a small, stand-out square candle tin that could be filled with candle wax and lit, without the need for a welded seam.
We successfully produced glued tins without leakage, while also ensuring that the print and emboss lined up accurately.
